Exercise during TWW

I keep finding mixed messages on exercise during the tww. I am 9dpo and have been exercising as normal until 6dpo . Since then I have cut down. Is it ok to still exercise during the tww?

@1992EM Hey! I’m currently 9DPO as well. I’ve been doing everything as normal. I normally work out 5 times a week mixture of weights/running.
I was listening to a podcast and a pregnant lady taking about having ivf & the 2ww and she just carried on as normal.
I’m absolutely shattered today though so haven’t got the energy to actually do a full work out!
I’d just listen to your body and go with how you feel x

If anything it's better! Keeps the blood flowing and great for your mental health as well as physical health.

If you normally do it then there's no reason not to, just don't take anything strenuous and new up! First pregnancy I was in the gym and running until I could barely move (about 7 months) and played competitive netball to 9 weeks. I'm only 5 weeks now but have continued running as normal x

I think you should be able to continue exercisign as normal during TWW, as it hasn't been confirmed that you are pregnant. Women continue to exercise well in to their pregnancy. Exercising during TWW may take your mind off things, so I would say go for it.
