My stomach and lower abdomen have been sore the last couple of days, not crampy... but tender, I feel like I’ve done loads of sit ups (I haven’t, not even 1 
)
Went for a wee this afternoon and my knickers had a few splodges of like brown/rusty red discharge 
Changed my knickers after my shower, just gone for another wee and it’s there again. It’s not there when I wipe.
My I ovulated (confirmed with OPK’s and BBT) on Sat 6th, I’m 8DPO and am due on next Friday/ Sat. I guess it could be Thursday but the last 2 cycles I’ve had a 14 day luteal phase (only started tracking ovulation in Dec)
Wondering if this could be implantation bleeding or whether it’s AF coming really bloody early considering I only ovulated 8 days ago! Can luteal phases change much?
Appreciate no one on here can actually tell me but spotting this early before my period isn’t normal for me. I tend to spot the day before but sometimes not at all and AF just shows up in full force with no warning.
My BBT temps are so high too since ovulation (for me), I started a thread about that yesterday. Wondering whether it could all be connected?
