I had a MMC in December. I haven't come on since but did have a positive OPK 2 and a half weeks back. I got no guidance from the hospital apart from being told it was ok to start trying as soon as we were ready. So when I got a positive OPK we DTD.
Last week at 10DPO I got the faintest of lines on a FRER. So I've been testing each day like a mad woman and the line got the tiniest bit darker and then got fainter. My last test has the faintest of lines (doesn't pick up on a picture). So I expected a chemical and I would come on. I'm now 17 DPO (based on OPK) and still haven't come on. I took an OPK today because I had cramps and thought they felt like ovulation cramps (and just for the hell of it) and got a faint line. Not enough to be positive but it's the sort of line I get when I approach ovulation.
I thought I was having a chemical pregnancy based on the FRER lines but the faint line on OPK has thrown me. Anyone got any idea what's going on or what I do next? I spoke to the midwife team who said to do a self referral as I'm pregnant but the line is so faint it's almost embarrassing and I think as soon as I do a self referral I'll come on and end up looking silly for thinking I could be pregnant after a MMC with no period.
I must add, in the past I have felt ovulation then not bled so I wonder if I can have a "period" without bleeding?
