Experience with low progesterone?

Hi, just wondering if anyone here has experience with low progesterone results from a day 21 (or similar) test? I’ve had two results over the last few months where my progesterone was 17.5 and then 10. Have been referred to the infertility clinic now, but I’m interested to hear anyone’s stories or experiences of it. Hopefully it worked out well for some of you. TIA.

In case it’s relevant, I’m 37 and my other tests have been fine so far, including AMH and follicle count.

Iv just opened a thread regarding day 21 test. I recently had a 12.5 result which pretty much devestated me as the dr who wrote the report said unable to say Id ovulated which shocked me as I track ov symptoms and bbt. However, I just got a bfp yesterday. Im very unsure myself of what it means and not allowing myself to be happy or excited as read alot about progesterone being low and nonviable pregnancy. But the info stating under 30 means no ovulation, I beg to differ lol.

That's reassuring. Congrats. Are they supplementing progesterone now you've got a BFP?

I got my day 21 result today and it was 11.8 and I too am really upset but haven't been able to speak to a doctor yet.

No Gp said wouldnt want to use any supplements just yet and to basically see what happens. Which made me even worse if Im honest, so im pretty stuck with where to go!

From what Im reading or in trying to find some reassurance after 12.5 reading is it not the most reliable test, you could have ovulated earlier/later than you think. And that progesterone can fluctuate and can miss peak in a matter of hours. But i think theres deffinately very blurry information online. I obviously ovulated but still got a low result.

I had to go private to get progesterone. My GP has since prescribed it based on obstetrician advice after 3 losses
