Conceiving with early ovulation

Hello,
This is my first thread here.
I’m TTC at 39 and have early ovulation. I’ve only just started TTC but have been tracking my cycles for about 2.5 years. Call me clueless but I didn’t realize this was a problem.
I ovulate between cd 10-12. I’m making a GP appointment to discuss but would love to know if anyone was able to conceive with early ovulation? Or if you were able to do anything to delay ovulation? I keep reading my eggs will be immature

I have short cycles. I’ve conceived somewhere between day 7 and day 10 each time (working back from 12 week scan dates). I wasn’t aware it was sometimes a problem.

I ovulate CD11 or 12. I mean I’m only 4 months in to my TTC journey and haven’t had a BFP yet but I’ve done quite a lot of research into early ovulation and conception and there are A LOT of women that have conceived from early ovulation so I’m not too worried tbh. If it was CD7 or 8 each month then I might be a bit more worried, but I have short cycles (24-26 days) so naturally I will ovulate a bit earlier.

Yes, I conceive around day 11 / 12 and DD is 3.5. I will say I have also had three miscarriages, so technically have conceived 4 times but I do not think the miscarriages are anything due to early ovulation

I don't have any experience with it (my last confirmed Ovulation was on CD35!!) but I would imagine it would only hamper TTC if you weren't aware of it. E.g. because you're aware of it you can make sure you DTD in your (earlier) fertile window.
