Hello, random RHR question here. I did a test at what I think was 7dpo based on when I fled bad ovulation pains. I didn't track this month as I was trying the relaxed approach but based on data from last few cycles and when I think I ovulated and a luteal phase of 11 days I should be due AF tomorrow.

I've attached screenshots of my RHR for the last 3 cycles and the point that is shown is the first day of AF. It has consistently been 67/68bpm the day AF arrives and the day before and then continues to drop as AF continues.

Anyway, this month I'm not getting the drop into the 60's. The last few months the highest RHR has been at any point in my cycle is 70bpm. However today, the day before AF it is 74bpm so 6bpm higher than what it normally is at this stage of my cycle. The Feb 6th dip to 71bpm is when I think I got implantation as it's the day I woke up early hours of Sat morning with a stabbing pain over my right ovary.

I just wondered if anyone had any thoughts? Probably nothing but interesting to speculate anyway!

Sorry, that should say that I did a test at 7dpo and it was negative...first day of periods were 20th Jan and 30th Nov but I don't have Dec data as I wasn't wearing Fitbit

Hi @TTCnum1 Can I ask if AF did arrive? I posted in another thread about RHR so I would be interested to know Smile

Unfortunately AF did arrive on CD25, totally out of the blue. My RHR was 76 the day before it arrived and then the morning AF arrived it had only dropped to 74 so I was quite surprised. I think maybe I've stressed myself out too much by checking it and worrying over it that I artificially made it go up. Fitbit has been taken off and given to my DH to wear to stop me stressing!

@TTCnum1 Aw I'm sorry to hear that.

Maybe I shouldn't be reading too much into my increasing RHR! I think it's hard not to clutch at straws when TTC.

Good luck for next cycle 💕
