Implant removal

I'm getting my implant taken out next week so we can TTC for number 2.

We want it to happen ASAP but I'm not sure when the best days are to DTD once my implant is out. I don't have periods every month, I sometimes have a proper period, sometimes just cramps but often nothing at all.

I know people get pregnant straight away after having it out, do you think we should DTD as often as we can until I get my first period?

After my implant removal I had a period about 4 weeks later and then my cycles went back to being regular. They were never regular when I had the implant though, all over the place!
You can ovulate without a period first though so if you have the energy, DTD as much as you like! Good luck

I’d probably go with as often a you feel like, and then every 2-3 days after your period returns would be a cover all type thing.
There’s no definitive timescale on things getting back to normal after the implant, some might ovulate as soon as it’s removed while others might take a few months and longer still to be regular. You won’t know which you are til it happens.

Every day is too much, every other day.
