Positive line disappeared?

I did a test first thing this morning and a positive line came up pretty much straight away. I did the school run and came back and the line had disappeared when I got back home (around 45 mins after I took the test)

Should I assume it’s negative?

I think any results you see afer 10mims or so can be disregarded. I still see a faint line there though congratulations
