What day do you ovulate?

Hey everyone, cycle 2 ttc number 2 (DD1 is 11!) I had a chemical at beginning of this cycle and waiting to ovulate now. I've had 7 days of flashing smileys now and losing the will to live so just wondering, what day do you ovulate, what's normal?

Also, side note, I noticed last night one of my boobs is leaking colostrum 🤔🤔very strange! Has this happened to anyone before?

Usually between cd18-cd22.

@Fifi1086 Similar to me, also had a chemical at the beginning of this cycle, now on cd10. You?

Everyone is different so there is no 'normal' but commonly people ovulate around day 14 as its halfway through a cycle. I tend to ovulate later around cd18/19.

Day 17, I need to look into this as I've just had a 25 day cycle giving me an 8day LP 😞.

@Toastedsesame I am on cd14 now so I know still early but I've had high on opk for 7 days 🙈

@Fifi1086 do you temp? any other signs like ewcm?

I never understand the clearblue opks! I use poundland ones haha.

I temp so I know it can vary. It's usually 2 days either side of CD21 though, on 33/34 day cycle.

I would recommend temping if you want more info on your cycle :)

I ovulate on cd 11 or 12. Now I’m wondering if that is too early! Does anyone know if there are any problems with early ovulation? My LF is still usually 12-13 days

I do temp, and I've had ewcm quite a bit over the last week which is even more confusing. As you can see my temp hasn't indicated anything yet. FF predicts it'll be in two days but Flo says it's still another week away. Not relying on either tho as it's only cycle 2 so they don't have a lot of data yet, last month was 29 days

@Fifi1086 would recommend asking GP for a blood test to check your prolactin levels if you are leaking - it's a potential cause for this and I believe can cause low progesterone in luteal phase as a result. Quite easy to fix so worth getting the test

I would trust FF over flo.

FF is using the data from your temps which is a lot more accurate.

Flo and such apps only use the calendar method which is massively inaccurate unless you have 14 day luteal phases every single month.

I only conceive on cd18 (pregnant 5 times) but can ovulate anywhere from day 16+ but I have pcos so that just throws the cat among the pigeon in terms of dates ect

Thank you @sabrinathemiddleagewitch I didn't ovulate yet so FF hasn't got it right unfortunately, I'm on day 9 of flashing smileys now so don't know whether to stop or keep testing. @Mammyofasuperbaby I'm cd16 now. Really fed up 😕
