Please help could I be pregnant?!

Hi

I was prescribed norethisterone to stop my period due to bad endometriosis (to give me a months break)

I started taking it, had unprotected sex twice and then bled heavily after I stopped taking it (5 days in total).

3 weeks later I have such sore boobs, I feel pregnant and I'm terrified I am!

Can you ovulate on it? Even if it's when your period is due? And a bleed after?

I've name changed as a few people know me on here.

Ok so my LMP was October 21st but at my ultrasound they dated me at October 26th for GA. What does that mean? Does that mean I conceived on October 26th? Or 2 weeks after? I am confused as to why my GA would change if my LMP was deff October 21st?

I’m afraid norethisterone is not a contraceptive. I think the basic idea is that it works by increasing your progesterone to trick your body into believing you are pregnant, so the lining remains in your uterus until you stop taking it. It wouldn’t stop ovulation although you may not have ovulated around the time you had sex.

Do you know when your next period is due? I would wait and see if it’s late then do a test.

In that second pic I do feel I can see a faint second line. I think the only thing you can do is test again in 48 hours time, if you are pregnant you'll get a clear line by then.

I’d expect a stronger positive if it’s a full three weeks since likely conception. In my experience I have had positives that look like that faint line around 9-10 days post likely conception date. I can see the line though, would suggest as others have to test again in the morning.
