Can thrush affect TTC?

Hi guys,
So I used preseed about 5 days to ov but then it gave me thrush! I used fluconazole n the thrush went away in a few days but then it was already ov day! My question is can thrush get in the way of conception? I had really thick cottage cheese like Cm so I’m not sure if sperm can still swim past that.. has anyone had thrush and conceived please?

From my experience yes. I had bad thrush and conceived once it was cleared up but also during that time I had got my iron levels under control so could've been a combination. But I heard that the thrush can make it more difficult for the sperm to swim through.not sure how true it is!

I've read the same - it's not just more difficult to swim through but the wrong pH for the swimmers so it kills them off. If you managed to DTD on ovulation day though when the thrush had passed you'd still be in with a good shot?

I did dtd on ov day but I don’t know if it would have been too late.. I used a different ph friendly lube also which didn’t give me thrush...
So we will see I guess x

I used preseed this month too and it gave me thrush! Thought it was just me. Was given anti bs aswell. I never knew preseed would give you thrush. It was an awful dose!

Didn’t give me thrush, I recommend it
