TMI - yellow snot like discharge before BFP?

Hello,

As the post says really! Did anyone have any yellow snot like discharge before BFP? It doesn't smell or anything and I'm sort of remembering having something similiar before my CP but don't know whether I'm making it up!

I've had this for a few days now and wondered the same, AF due in a week. Got a faint line on an easy@home test strip this morning but negatives all day since. So not sure if it was false pos or evap.

@Neverlookback32 ooh a faint line sounds positive if it was with FMU! Keep me posted on how you get on.

I'm 10dpo tommorrow so could probably do one but I'm so scared of the disappointment of a BFN 😢

@sneakpeek1414 thanks! Hate faint especially after having false positives in the past. Hoping tomorrows is stronger 🙏 im not sure how many DPO I am as my cycles are erratic (have PCOS) and my chart is very strange this month as well as the weird snotty CM im getting which is unusual for me. But im on CD 25 of a usually 31-35 day cycle. Have you got any FRER for tomorrow? Really hope you get good news soon. Keep us updated & good luck! Xx

Yes I got some weird CM around 6/7dpo like lotion but thicker and stretchier. Never had anything like it before.
I got my faint BFP 10dpo- currently 12dpo

So I just did an IC to save on the more expensive ones and it's stark white 😔 i really hoped that the discharge was a sign but I guess I'm out again for this month 😢

Mine barely showed up its only since 12dpo that it is definite

Yes, this is always a really clear indicator of an imminent BFP for me! A big glob of yellow snotty discharge (sorry, TMI I know)

See this is what I thought! I had it on a month where we got a BP then had a chemical pregnancy. But it does show that means something!

The test really was stark white though, not even a shadow 😢

@sneakpeek1414 took both FRER and IC this a.m both bfp too. So God knows what that positive was yesterday 🥴 keep testing you're still really early xx

I'm not holding out much hope, the snotty stuff has gone now I'm quite dry 🤷🏼‍♀️

In regards to the snotty cm mine had dried up a few times but then it returns a few hours later. So keep checking! Have you any more positive signs? I feel a little crampy & grumpy tonight, so I think AF isn't far away xx

@Neverlookback32 I've felt a bit off but nothing major! Did you poas this morning? Think I'm going to try and hold off until tomorrow so I will be 12dpo!

I saw this post yesterday as I was scrolling through and thought I’ve never heard of that before. Just been to the loo and I have the exact same, how weird. Had to go back through the posts and find it to comment. AF not due for another week. It literally looks just like yellow snot.

I had a chemical pregnancy recently and while it was still 'pregnant' I had the yellow snot so I was hoping it meant BFP this time! So far only a BFN tho 😔

Wonder what causes it 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Hammybear I'm literally the same. Just got this today myself too.

I'm also (I think) (haven't been tracking properly) about 2-4 days late. But no period yet and BFN this morning on FMU.

I have FRER tests arriving today to hopefully something with tomorrow's FMU.

Suppose you can hope hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

@sneakpeek1414 ooooh I see it!!! That looks so promising 🥰 Have you got a FRER for tomorrow? My line was fainter than yours but darker than any evap I've ever had, ill upload a pic of it for reference which I'm 100% sure was a nasty falsie. Eeek please keep us updated 🙏 xx

I've just been and got a Clearblue one too and that has a like but does it need to be as dark as the control? I'm so confused!
