Cyclogest and solid smiley

Hi all, my husband and I are TTC #2 again (after a year break following 3 early miscarriages in 10 months) and I have been prescribed 400mg Cyclogest twice a day. The doctor says I am to start them 2 days after I ovulate.

I have been using the clear blue digital ovulation kit and have had a solid smiley today after 3 days of flashing ones. Does this mean I will class tomorrow (Sunday) as the day of ovulation? And begin my Cyclogest on Tuesday?

Also, I am only on CD11 of a 26/27 day average cycle. Is that early for ovulation?

I started taking cyclogest about 3 days after ovulation - when my LH on my opks had dropped down to low and my CM had changed from ewcm to creamy. I think its best to wait untill you are sure you have ovulated otherwise the progesterone might prevent ovulation
