Anyone else testing 17th Feb? No sooner!!

I've banned myself from even buying tests yet let alone succumbing to early testing! I need someone to be strong with me and hold out until I'm 2 days late. Anyone with me?!

I had a mmc in December and now ttc no 3.

Holding off until I’m late also means I can have a nice steak, cooked medium rare on Valentine’s Day!

Oh @whitershadeofpale "at least you know you can get pregnant" really grinds my gears. I've had the same thing said a few times since my MC last year.

That may very well be true, but to me it's not really any consolation. I don't just want to get pregnant, Id quite like the actual baby to come as the result of it.

Exactly @SleepingKitten, of course I’m glad I can get pregnant but it doesn’t mean much if it doesn’t stick.

Hi guys hope it's ok if I join. I'm 3DPO and was going to wait til the 16th but seeing as Sunday is Valentine's Day I think if I get a BFN at least I'll be distracted after it so think I'll do one then. Good luck everyone hope it's good news for us all!!

Morning all I'm 6dpo and definitely chilled by the whole thing I've impressed myself! Not bought any tests and will hopefully continue to wait until I'm late

@Rmd123 that was exactly my thinking! If we test on Sunday then at least we’ll have some distractions for the rest of the day. Do you have any plans for this lockdown Valentine’s?

@Flowerchild547 no crazy plans making dinner for my parents (they're in my bubble) and my Mam is planning on bringing wine so I told them it's a non alcoholic event as we've drank enough since Xmas but I'll see how testing goes I can get DH to make me a fake gin if I'm worried. What's your plans?

When is everyone testing? I'm holding out for 20th. Looking forward to hopefully seeing some positive tests on this thread soon 🤞

Af is due tomorrow for me and I’ve got some pregnancy tests. But hidden them in my car so I can’t be tempted to POAS lol I usually start spotting today/tomorrow so I’ll wait until af shows / doesn’t show.

Ah let us know @Cinderellashoes! I'm due on Wednesday and will hold out until then. No tests in the house!

Good luck! It’s SO hard to avoid temptation testing isn’t it! I haven’t my usual cramps yet, but I feel like af is about to arrive so who knows. I hate getting my hopes up only to have them crushed every month

Af was due today I think, was expecting her on time as I definitely ovulated cd14. So far she hasn’t shown and I’ve just got creamy cm whereas I usually have ewcm right before my period. I don’t want to test as I can’t bear to see another negative

How's everyone doing? The days are dragging at the moment but I find it easier when it's the weekend to think about other things!

I've been an emotional wreck this week. On the verge of tears constantly and just emotionally and physically exhausted.

Part of me wants it to be a pregnancy thing, but realistically I think it's more likely to be an end-of-half-term-home-schooling-my-own-child-while-simultaneously-remote-teaching-my-class thing

Still holding out for Wednesday to test!

Sounds like that's at least a contributing factor @SleepingKitten . I can't even imagine! How old is your child? We're TTC our first so no homeschooling here, I just work remotely so far. I hope you feel better soon and get to relax a bit this weekend!

Caved and tested this morning - BFN
This is my first cycle after coming off the implant so would be a miracle really if I had conceived especially when I consider that I’m not exactly sure when FW is and my apps are saying my period is due anytime between 13/2-19/2
I guess I’ll wait until af now 🙄

@Flowerchild547 I tested this morning too with FRER BFN! 9 DPO, how many DPO are you? Think I'll do cheap ones the next few days and if they show nothing I'll assume AF is on the way.

@Rmd123 Sorry to hear about your BFN however there’s still hope as 9dpo is still early for testing! They say you aren’t out until af arrives!!

I’m not really sure where I am, potentially anywhere between 9-12dpo. Definitely going to use opk next month
I think I’m going to wait it out now until 19th and if af doesn’t show test again then

I caved and tested at 10 and then 12DPO.
