No opk peak

I have a 30-34 day cycle and I’ve been using the cheap opk and the Premom app. This is the first month tracking my ovulation and I can’t see a peak. Do you think I’ve missed it or could it still come? So confused.

Your peak could still be to come, so keep testing. You might find that your LH surge starts suddenly and only lasts a day or two, so it can be easy to miss. Use concentrated urine and wait a few minutes for the test to develop before taking the photo.

Definitely keep testing, especially with your usual cycle days - likely between CD16 and CD20.

Mine is most often peak CD15 and ovulation CD16 but this month I didn’t get peak until CD20 - I was starting to get VERY deflated but kept going! Keep at it for a few more days! X

YES!! I 100% recommend the CB Dual hormone one, I used that as usual this month alongside these cheapie ones - the cheap ones just stress me out really! X
