Why is the app telling me to have sex the day after I go from high to peak?

As title really, my Femometer app is saying this...did plan on DTD again tomorrow anyway but just curious as to why it says DTD the day after the OPK’s go from peak to high, I’d have thought it’d have been on the day itself that they from peak to high (today for me)?

Title is wrong, should say from Peak to high!

I think it’s because you can ovulate anywhere between 12-36 hours after your peak, so perhaps it’s making sure it covers all bases for you and recommends DTD 2 days after peak.

I don’t have that app, but I think I’ll get it if it’s worked out what days to DTD. Saves me thinking! Got enough to think about 🤣

@cat8986- Ah okay, that makes sense. Don’t have the energy for it tonight after doing it the last 2 days so it’ll have to wait until tomorrow now anyway And yes, I actually really like it as apps go! Quite informative and is like pre mom in that it analyses your OPK’s for you so no need to worry about whether you’re high/ peak etc as it just tells you.

It’s because you ovulation test is positive for the surge and that’s anywhere from 12-48 hours (longer for some women).

I’d feel the same as you! Last month trying to DTD 3 days in a row was a chore, which is the last thing I want it to be.
Ah great, I’ll go and download it. Does it let you input CB digital results? It’s my first month using them (few days off doing the first one)

@cat8986, yes you can input all your CM results and it updates it’s predictions based on them too!
