Implantation bleeding

12DPO according to app and AF due on Monday. Had some very light pink bleeding at 7 and 8DPO which I took to be a positive sign. Now had further bleeding today, still light but heavier/darker than before. Bit confused as I would usually have no spotting or bleeding at all between periods but this surely can’t be implantation due to the 3/4 day gap in between? Confused

Well AF arrived 3 days early. This is totally unheard of for me I can usually time it to the exact day and have done for years and years. Not sure what has happened this cycle! Could failed implantation have brought my AF on early?
