FRER Faint line disappeared?

Hello!
I'm not sure where I am in my cycle as I have very irregular periods due to PCOS.

I have taken a FRER this morning and a very faint but visible line popped up within 3 minutes.
I checked the test again around 10 minutes later and there was no line.

I did take a picture to show my OH but I don't think it's visible on photo.

Has anyone else had this happen and what was the outcome?
Have I taken a faulty test?

I'm afraid if you can't see even a faint line now, I would suspect its probably not positive.

I had a bit of a similar experience this week, where I think I convinced myself I could see something to start with - but in the end accepted there wasn't anything there (confirmed by subsequent BFNs and AF). Obviously I can't say for certain, but I would suggest (knowing how difficult this is) you class it as a BFN and either test again tomorrow or wait it out.
