Missed period. Any help/ advice welcome!!

I’ve had 2 early miscarriages, last one being in July 2020. Since then my cycles had been, initially 35 days but more recently 27 or 30 days. I’m currently day 48 into my latest cycle!!! I’ve had negative pregnancy tests and absolutely NO pregnancy symptoms. There are no signs of my period coming either, not even any light spotting.

I had a pelvic USS (for painful periods) on 21st Dec which was normal.

Anyone any suggestions or any ideas of what might be going on???

Did you track ovulation? I was 2 weeks late a few months back and looked at so many old posts of people in the same situation. Most of the posts I looked back at turned out they ovulated late & af showed up late. It turned out the same for me too. I started tracking my bbt and it showed I ovulated around cd33 and my af turned up around cd 45 x

The tracking confuses me, I don’t think I do it properly so I didn’t track this month. I also was getting really stressed and upset so I stopped tracking last month 🙈 I’m hoping it’s just late.

I made the mistake of stopping trying as I thought I was pregnant when my AF was late so I missed out that month,
I think my ovulation was delayed due to a chemical pregnancy the month before but I think stress can affect it too x
