Hi everyone!

I got my 'Peak' ClearBlue OPK this morning so will be entering the TWW tomorrow. This is our fist time TTC after being on the pill. We tried this time last month but I hadn't had a natural period yet so cycle was all over the place.

I'd love if anyone in their first month TTC or TWW could join and we can keep each other company! Baby dust to all ✨

Hi, I'm in my first month TTC our first. It's exciting and nerve wracking in equal measure despite the fact I told myself I'd be chilled!!

I didn't track anything really this month (other than using Clue to track cycles) we just took a "see what happens" approach and DTD as much as we could haha.

Testing on Saturday as currently waiting for period... cycles average 34 days and I'm day 33 tomorrow, eeeekkk. So if it doesn't come I'll take a test. Unlikely as it's month 1 but we will see.

Best of luck and baby dust to you x

Rmd123 · 04/02/2021 10:34

@pixiedust21 oh wow testing on Saturday that is exciting! Fair play to you holding out, last month I POAS 3 times because I thought I had ovulated and whatever but it was too soon after coming off pill so didn't happen!

Keep me updated! I hope I have the willpower that you have this month x

@Rmd123 haha so much for willpower, I'm going out to get some tests and testing today. Combination of feeling weird and just want to see. Grin Need to try not to get addicted to POAS, ha.

I'll let you know!

pixiedust21 · 04/02/2021 14:39

@Rmd123 haha yes some ladies on another thread also pointed that out and could see it. That was this afternoon.

I think I have line blindness when it comes to myself as I wasn't sure!

I am going to test again tomorrow with first morning urine :)

Rmd123 · 05/02/2021 09:45

@pixiedust21 good morning! How are u feeling? Have you tested again? Fingers crossed for you! 🍀

pixiedust21 · 05/02/2021 12:11

@Rmd123 morning thanks for thinking of me! I tested this morning with FMU and pretty sure it's nothing (husband can't see anything) but I thought I could see faint line and I never normally would in a FRER.

Wish something drastic would happen just so I could know Grin definitely due AF now so just going to try and give it a few days one way or the other, just thought he line would be stronger if positive.

Not getting hopes up at all but hate waiting ha.

@pixiedust21 i can see a very very faint line on your pic.

pixiedust21 · 05/02/2021 12:17

@Iloveoreos yeah I thought I could too but it's so faint it might as well not be anything because I can't tell

@Rmd123 yes definitely need a glass of wine haha!

Going to try and just relax over the weekend and see what happens, one way or the other I'll find out I suppose!

Rmd123 · 05/02/2021 17:40

Rmd123 · 05/02/2021 17:40

How old is everyone here? Just out of a matter of interest.. I'm 26 😁

OP posts:
Iloveoreos · 05/02/2021 17:42

@Rmd123 i beat you by 2.5 years 😆

Iloveoreos · 05/02/2021 17:42

On thr plus side not minus 😆😆

Iloveoreos · 05/02/2021 17:43

I mean im older lol

pixiedust21 · 05/02/2021 18:00

I'm 34, which makes me a bit nervous. I know it's not ancient but I feel it sometimes hah x

Iloveoreos · 05/02/2021 21:02

34 isnt old. Its young. I kno ladies who had healthy babies in mid 40s.

Iloveoreos · 05/02/2021 21:05

Someone I kno, she got married very young and shes been married over 10 years and just turned 30 i think. She had 5 kids but poor girl also had 6 miscarriages in between her kids ! Sometimes being too young can also cause problems i think. Body isnt ready to support child birth or mentally you arent strong.

pixiedust21 · 05/02/2021 21:15

@Iloveoreos no I know it's not old really. I just know so many friends and family who have had babies before me at a younger age haha. I think certainly 30s and 40s isn't unusual to have babies whereas it would have been a few decades ago.

I do sometimes feel like an old woman anyway though but that's just separate lol 😂

Iloveoreos · 05/02/2021 21:17

Yes compared to our parents generation definately not upto their level. We have turned into couch potatoes..any effort that we did do is down the drain thanks to lockdown

Rmd123 · 08/02/2021 09:09

Hi everyone! Just checking in with yous, has anyone had any symptoms or tested yet?

OP posts:
Iloveoreos · 09/02/2021 13:43
