When do you do your ovulation test?

Hi all, ive been using the CB dual hormone OPK. I started on Monday and have had 3 days of low fertility. I feel like I'm ovulating though as I have quite painful ovulation but now I'm abit confused. I use my first wee of the day ( sorry rubbish with acronyms) but I've seen some people do it in the evening so just wondering when you do your test? I also haven't had a proper period yet as I've just come off the pill but have had my WB so not even sure if I will ovulate this quickly. Sorry it's a long post!xx

I did mine with first wee of the day!

It says to use in the morning, however once I've had a few days of high fertility I do an afternoon one too.

Same as @FoxInSocks2 Was glad I did some afternoon tests during high fertility this cycle as this is when I got my static

I've read lots that it's better to do OPKs in the late afternoon or evening after two hours of not going to the loo for a wee. The LH surge won't show in the morning apparently. Pregnancy tests are better with FMU ☺️

Cb dual hormone is first pee of the day. Once you get your flashing smileys you can start testing later in the day too to see if you get your peak. Most other opks are recommended between 12 and 8pm for testing but cb opk specifically recommends first thing 😊

@Arrierttyclock sometimes they take ages to change! I've had over a week of flashing smiles on one cycle.
