Has anyone else experienced the overwhelming worry it will just never happen? Even with very little evidence to support it?

I do have a long cycle and am over weight. I'm actively losing weight and trying to eat well. I very rarely drink, but I still feel like I'm not doing enough! Am I going crazy?? Or is this normal?

I’m starting this month too after my period comes this weekend! I’m terrified aswell about all those same issues. I am also overweight, and have been struggling to lose it with going in and out of lockdowns. Just try to be as laid back as you can. Easier said than done I know! I’m going to try and keep off the internet and also I’m going to try SO hard not to put any pressure on sex.

Ps - you are defo not going crazy!

Lockdown has been my undoing too! I wasn't in the right BMI before but am now nearly 2 stone heavier!

The keeping off the internet is so hard, I feel like I've read every ttc tips thing ever!

Have you spoken to a GP about starting to try? I don't know if I should speak to mine

This is our first month TTC after an early MC in Jan 😢
I'm 3 DPO so a waiting game now! Never in a million years did I think I'd want to try right now but think some things happen to test us and make us realise what's important ❤️

Sorry to hear about your MC, I hope things work out.

We've only tried once for a month before a few years ago before I started uni as the timing would have worked perfectly for baby to come in the 5 month summer! I can't understand the feeling off a miscarriage but I do remember how gutted I was that that didn't work out and I imagine a miscarriage must be a million times more heartbreaking.

Let us know how you get on and if you've been given any good advice xx

Nope I haven’t because i don’t really know what more else they can tell me. I already know I need to lose weight, and I’ve been taken vitamins for months. I am actually struggling to cut out caffeine though. Have you cut much out? It’s going to be quite a ride but you can do it! Hopefully it’s not as bad as we are making out in our heads. We can do it!!

@nadsca27xx I've cut caffeine to under 300mg a day which is killing me, as I live off pepsi max and coffee!

I have a degree in nutrition but find food for myself really hard to manage so I've joined ww to help me keep motivated and track my food intake but I think the only thing I will cut out is sushi in the 2 ww cause of the food poisonings risk, so not a major change as we only order it every now and then :)

I'm going to try and up my intake of leafy greens as they naturally contain folate and have pretty much no calories.

We can do it! (hopefully!)

I’m currently waiting to ovulate which should be Thursday, so trying to DTD tonight, tomoz and Thursday. I feel bad cos I think my fiancé feels like he is getting milked 😂😂
