The control line isn't glaringly bright as I've had in other packs.

Definitely not positive I’m afraid.

@dippyegg32 I think the rule for positives on these is 'as dark as or darker than the control line'. So I'd be tempted to say yes or close to... But it's hard to tell in a pic! Can you scan in on Femometer? They automatically read them and might give you a clearer answer!
