came off the pill and bleeding again??

so i came off the pill last week or so and then had my pill break so my fake period for 7 days, then it's been a week since that and i've started bleeding this morning with cramps etc. is this my "real" period ready for my cycle? or is is ovulation bleeding? i'm so confused i didn't have this when i came off the pill last time! have no idea what it is!

Its unlikely to be ovulation, probably just a random post pill hormone nonsense effect. Coming off the pill can be a bit of a rollercoaster and can take quite a while to settle! Your cycles should hopefully start to normalise

Ovulation bleeding tends to be literally spotting, sometimes pink, and is quite rare generally.
