Has anyone had tubal surgery and had successful pregnancies?

Hi i had tubal surgery in 2013, where they tacked the end of my fallopian tube back because it was blocked. Only one was successful. I conceived twice within 14 months ish as my first baby was sadly full term stillborn. Im wanting to try again all these years later but wondering if my tube may still be open and working 🤞🏻 anyone with similar experience
