I've been TTC for 3 months and tracking my ovulation for 4 months, using pee sticks - cheapo and posh ones (Clearblue)

I have never had a cycle that wasn't regular or a missed period in my life, unless pregnant.

This month, I had 9 high fertility days but no peak. Then I stopped testing, as advised by app. I usually release egg on day 16. I stopped testing on day 19.

Now no period. I'm 3 days late. I have light period pains but nothing else. No bloating, breast tenderness, spotting. Nothing.

I'm 32, otherwise healthy but overweight. Do people that are overweight really lose their periods? I've been overweight since I was about 25 and never had a problem before. Is this now my life? Or is this an anovulation? Have other people had those? How genuinely common are they?

Kind of panicking that I've "left it too late". Climbing the walls. Not even looking for a BFP anymore, just my AF to reassure me that my body hasn't given up would be great!!!

Any support is much needed. I'm really upset...

@OmicronPersei7 I'm not sure I can offer much reassurance only to say that I too am very regular, always 27/28 day cycles and around this time last year I had a cycle that was more than 10+ days late. We weren't TTC at the time, I was 33.
Afterwards I put it down to stress and the looming pandemic / changing jobs. Looking back now I'd also had a really bad bout of food poisoning at the very beginning of the cycle and ended up having injections abroad in hospital which may have contributed to the delay.
I too was very concerned that my periods had stopped etc, but now I really think it was a one off - and stress played a huge part. I've had a year now of being completely back to normal and am ovulating etc now that I'm tracking and we are TTC. I'd only recommend Speaking to your doctor and being kind to yourself / trying the usual things to de stress. Yoga, meditation etc and hopefully it's just a one off. X

Thank you, @biiirdy85 that is somewhat reassuring.

I have been very stressed lately with work, kids, homeschooling, preparing our house for sale and dealing with my parents being truly awful. Perhaps it's stress related. That had occurred to me but I dismissed it because "I've been stressed before".
