Tracking BBT with a 10 month old

Hi ladies,

How did/do people get in with tracking bbt with a baby already in the house? When I was TTC with my first it was relatively easy, as I was up at the same time every day and could take my temp with no worries. But how do you manage it when you already have baby? Sometimes she's up several times a night meaning I don't get a solid 3 hours sleep, waking time is inconsistent and most of the time I have to get up right away and tend to get as she's crying.

Should I even bother tracking? 🤷🏼‍♀️

I wouldn't bother with conventional temping in that case I don't think. Unless you can be bothered to get something like ovusense or tempdrop? But they're pricey!

Maybe it try it once cycle and see if you can spot an overall trend regardless of your dodgy timings and lack of uninterrupted sleep? Worth a shot!

Yeah, I suppose I could! It's so sporadic as some nights she'll sleep 7pm to 6am but other nights she's up 4 or 5 times. So I was worried about it being so inconsistent... But I'll give it a shot!
