took 3 pills will it effect this cycle??

so i was unsure to try this month or not, i ended up taking my pack of pills a couple days late and then i took 4 in a row (expecting to take 7 before protected) and then we decided this month was for us - we had already had unprotected sex a couple times by then and have since? will it effect my cycle at all as in ovulation? or will i just have to wait till next month now

A little in the same boat as you - stopped pill at the beginning of Jan, few days of DTD unprotected and then had a wobble/miscommunication and took a couple more days of pill then the other half and I decided to go for it and threw them in the back of the bathroom cabinet. Driving me crazy not knowing when my cycle will kick in or if we've been lucky since

@Crazybabylady14 how spot on!! exactly same as me! last time i came off i got pregnant first month but not sure if we will still ovulate having taken a couple or whether it won't effect it at all (as u have to take 7 to be protected) good luck to us!
