What do blood tests mean?

42, trying to get pregnant for the first time. 21 day bloods just come back. All normal other than plasma LH level - 1.2.

Help! What does it all mean??

To be honest I wouldn't worry about it. The main point of a day 21 test is to test for progesterone to confirm you are ovulating - and you certainly are!

All the other hormones should be tested on CD3 as they fluctuate a lot throughout the cycle otherwise. So LH/FSH is imperative to be tested then. Either they accidentally included these markers for your day 21 (believe you me, they get the tests wrong all the time!) or they've taken them for the sake of it to have as a reference point for when you do get them done on day 2/3.

In the meantime - congrats on a strong ovulation, your progesterone levels are really good!
