Hey everyone! So I'm on cycle 2, but in my first AF after coming off progesterone only pill. I'm on day 5 of it now and it's still super heavy and started getting cramps today that are stronger than they were day 1. Has anyone else experienced this on first AF after pill? I'm also worried that I'll still be bleeding as I enter my fertile window!!
