Hi, this is my first post so hope this is okay - according to the instructions inside the clear blue box, based on my average cycle length I was supposed to start testing today (day 7), however in the haste of getting up this morning it slipped my mind and I forgot to test, would I be better to wait until tomorrow’s first pee of the day, of test today with second pee. I know they work by tracking your previous day and I ready using a second pee can cause a false surge the next day so now sure what to do any advice be great. Thank you

How long is your cycle normally OP? I'm definitely not in a position to offer any advice! But I was expected to ovulate CD15 and began testing CD9, personally I thought this was too early as there was absolute zero activity for days. I'm pleased I used them though as I actually ovulated 2 days later than I thought which I would have missed otherwise.
Think I'm going to start this month CD12 or 13.

Just realised I didn't help with your actually question at all sorry! I'm interested though, as I was told that using first wee could be less accurate.

I’d test with second person because first go will just be getting your baseline anyway x

*pee!

Thank you, yes just worried because I saw that using a pee later in the day can cause a diluted result meaning the next morning when you test it seems as a surge, second pee has been missed as well now

How long are your cycles? I'd probably just wait and start tomorrow, unless you have an incredibly short cycle!

Most people report they get more accurate opk results between 12pm and 8pm. The reason the cb opks say to use FMU is because it also tracks oestrogen to help identify the days before the peak, but any time I've had a peak I've had it later in the day 😊
