Lightning crotch?

Hi everyone, has anyone had a sharp stabbing/lightning crotch as a symptom just before AF is due and gone on to have a BFP? or have you had the symptom but AF come as normal?

I am due on in 2 days (31st)

Just to add, pains that are different from normal AF cramps!
