Provera not working?

I have PCOS and was told to take Provera on CD35 as long as my pregnancy test came back negative. I take my BBT every day and knew I did not ovulate - plus I took a few extra pregnancy tests (just in case) and they were of course negative. I was told bleeding should start on 3-7 days after the last Provera tablet.

I am now 11 days past my last Provera tablet and bleeding has not started. I've had cramping for the past few days (strangely only in the evening) and a little bit of brown cm but nothing else. My BBT also dropped as AF was coming and then it rose back up.

I am due to try a round of clomid on CD 2 to kick start my ovulation and have been so desperate to give this a shot after 4 recurrent losses.

Does anyone have any experience with Provera?

I have just come across your post and wanted to know what happened for you. I’m also on day 11 with no bleed. Last month it took 7 days for a bleed. I also have PCOS and sadly not pregnant.
Debating whether to the phone the doctor or give it until day 14 on Monday.
Did you have a bleed in the end and at how many days?

Did you get a bleed? Im 7 days post last tablet and still no bleed. Just have very tender boobs. How did you get on?

Hi I'd give it a few more days then contact your gp . It should work in few days but for some women it can take upto 2 weeks to work
