Late ovulation - 2WW?

I have a 29 day cycle and ovulate on day 19. Does this mean that I would actually have a 10 day wait before testing rather than the ‘standard’ 2 weeks?

Is the 2WW essentially the time between ovulation and when your period is due?

Sorry if this is a really stupid question, it’s just that I’ve seen people asking if testing 8/9/10DPO is too early - but by my reckoning my period would be due on 10DPO so wouldn’t be too early to test?

You are right, luteal phase is between 10 and 16 days so if yours is 10 you can probably test earlier 🤗 x

Hi, I have the same situation where I have a 29 day cycle and found I’m ovulating around Day 19 with just 10 days between ovulation and my next period which I worry is affecting our chances. How have you got on since this post?
