Implatantion bleeding or period??

Hiya,

So me and my partner have been trying since August for our first. My cycles are usually short, 22-24 days at most. I assume im around 17dpo, I was due for AF on the 23rd of this month, but it was a no show. I started spotting light brown/pink the day after AF was due, and have had a light bleed/flow for 3 days and now has completely stopped.

Could this be implantation or period? Usually my periods are really heavy, and always get pain the day before but didnt experience any but light cramping.

I have taken 2 tests and both negatives. I know it could possibly just be AF but would love to hear others experiences with bleeding and bfp's! X

They say if there are no clots, light flow (not having to wear pad/tampon, etc) that is a good sign it is implantation bleeding. I got a suuuuper faint positive last month but followed by bleeding with clots (tmi) a few hours later so I knew it wasn't implantation. Ended up having a negative the following day. Fingers crossed for you!
