I need a little help please
I am a complete novice of tracking ovulation.
Could someone help me understand what I need to be doing when?
I currently don’t have periods on my own, I have to induce them with provera. I have no idea if I ovulate and have left it up to chance until now.
6 years of ttc I need this to be our year!
I kind of understand the dpo and cd but when does each one start?
When do I need to start strip testing? Do I have to do it daily?
Please help a girl out ♥️♥️
