Mirena- Periods after removal!

Hii! Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on this for me, or have any stories/ advice etc!

So I had my mirena removed in early September 2020 after just short of 3 years so we could start ttc.
But since removal, my cycles have been so irregular to the point this one currently is the longest at 55 days up to now! With no sign of AF showing! They're usually 30-40 days.
But on the 10th Jan, I had cramps for a couple days leading up to, with spotting coming up on tissue just the once, and then since then I've had bloating, sore boobs, really minor cramps on and off and weeing frequently! But yet negative tests 😔.

Do I just hold out and wait for them to regulate as they say 6 months to get back to normal? Or do I try the doctors?! Has anyone ever been in a similar situation?

Thanks in advance ♥️

I had my coil taken out in the December of 2010 and was pregnant by Feb 2011 lol so it probably just depends on your body since everyone is different. Sorry if it wasn't helpful.
