TTC2 . I had a miscarriage in October. Today I am 9dpo and I had a faint positive on a frer then this afternoon I took a clear blue digital and it was negative. Has this happened to anyone

9DPO is still very early to test and FRERs are more sensitive than clear blue tests, so it could be that only the FRER can pick up hormones so early.

Take another FRER in the morning or leave it a few days (if you have the willpower!) to be sure. Good luck 🤞

I know it's very early. I just did another test (pm) and it's a stronger positive 😊 on a frer

It's likely because 1) FRERs are more sensitive and 2) afternoon urine is more diluted so less HCG. I'd only recommend a digital when your period is late. Also, we all like the diogtals because they say the word, but they are no more trustworthy than the FRER!

Congratulations!

Afternoon test. I'll wait a few days to do the clear blue again. But I think that's a good positive for 9 dpi
