Has any one had the same issue as me?
I did a pregnancy test and it came up with 2 lines it's a very faint line but it's still there, but then I've done 2 clear blues and they are negative, have I got a false positive in the first one

How early are you testing?

Caitlined1998 · 26/01/2021 08:24

@dementedpixie I’m not sure when I ovulated as my periods have been all over but it was 14 days after conception I took the first test then 2 days after I done the clear blue

Do you mean 14 days after sex?
Could just be testing too early

Caitlined1998 · 26/01/2021 08:26

@dementedpixie my period should be due end of this month but as I say it can be any where from the 30th to a few days into the next month so I’m not sure

Yeah that’s what I mean

I don't think that's a positive sorry. Clear blue are the best ones and if 2 are negative I think that's your answer , Iv never had a true answer of these. Once I was actually pregnant and one of these came back negative

I would wait and test at that start of next month if your period hasn't arrived

Caitlined1998 · 26/01/2021 09:04

@spidermomma okay thank you I'm not 100% on what to think as when I was pregnant with my daughter I didn't get a positive until a week after my missed period @dementedpixie I will do just to make sure thank you 😊

Clearblue and that strip test that you have used aren't very sensitive. I'd try a First Response test. They are super sensitive.

On my first child I used First Response and had a very faint positive DPO7. I used Clearblue on my second child and got a positive on the day my period was due.

Caitlined1998 · 26/01/2021 09:46

@Jelly4444 okay thank you I'll give that one a try 😊

I believe that pink dye tests are more sensitive and reliable than blue dye. This is the test that I took. Good luck 🤞

Sorry to jump on
I can't seem to start my own thread
So I did 2 strip tests Thursday and Friday and they were positive I think
However did a clear blue it was negative and another was very faint
Another strip this morning and the lines not as dark
So I'm super confused
I also took a ovulation tests since Thursday have been super high too
How can I attach photos on here??
