I had a positive opk on the 19th so I'd assume I'm 6dpo, I've felt slightly crampy so decided to do another opk and had another positive.
AF is only due 3rd anyone any idea what could be going on? x

Lh surges only show your body is trying to ovulate, not that it did. It's not uncommon to have more than one surge before you succeed, but it's only ever the last one that counts. So if you're having a peak surge now, odds are you didn't ovulate last time but are now instead. So jump on OH please!

Would I count dpo from today instead?
Still getting cramps similar to AF x

Do you BBT? It’s too late now but worth looking at next month if your body is throwing multiple LH surges as it will show an increase if you have actually ovulated. Would second @Juno231’s advice and DTD if you haven’t already.

@PippityChippity No I had a look at temping but struggled to understand it x

@Titch189 They’ll be other who understand it better on here than me so it’s worth starting a new thread and doing some reading as I think there is quite a lot to it (I don’t temp and just use OPKs - You need a fairly consistent sleeping pattern for temping and I don’t have this atm as work from home and tend to stay up late and sleep until varying times) but it’s worth looking in to as it is the only DIY way that you can tell if you’ve ovulated or not.

I use OPKs and it’s worth mentioning that your ovulation day can (Mine does) change slightly every month and that it is quite normal for some women’s bodies to take 2 (Or more!) attempts to ovulate before it actually happens.
