Am I pregnant?

I have taken 2 tests, one clearblue and one first response. They both have faint positive lines. I did a digital clearblue test and it said not pregnant!
Help?! I just want to know!

Digital ones need a higher amount of hormone to register I believe. So congrats! Try again with the digital in a couple of days

At 7 days late I would definitely expect a positive on a CN digital I'm afraid.

Hmm that is strange. Maybe wait another week and test again

@lucyloo678 to add photos you can click reply and select the paper clip icon next to the smileys and text icons but if your new to Mumsnet I don't think you can add photos for the first 24 hours

@lucyloo678 and I didn't get a "pregnant" response on a clear blue test till the week after I was due my period I don't find them to be as sensitive as frer's

I got a positive on a clear blue this morning and did another one tonight and it came up negative . Period is one day late. Why is it never straight forward 🙈

@Optimistic2021 that could be because urine is meant to be stronger in the morning & why it's recommended to test with first morning wee

Maybe op has a short period of time between ovulation and her period due date though. Long enough to conceive though.

Upload pic when you can, but 2/3 id say yes you are . CB Digi are a bit temperamental id trust the frer and CB early test xx

@BessMarvin it doesn't matter how long LP is, if you're due your period you're due your period, pregnancy tests say 99.9% accurate from day of missed period for a reason.

Having said that those digitals can be dodgy but after a full week they would be positive, and the user would also be getting very strong positives on tests if it were a viable pregnancy. Sorry I know this isn't what you want to hear OP.

Just to let you know, I did another first response test yesterday which was positive and have done a digital this morning which says I’m 1-2 weeks pregnant!

I'm thinking about how one person's missed period day is 11 days past ovulation and another's is 16 days past ovulation so they would be further along.
