Anyone else use Premom?
1 DPO today (attached my chart) anyone else with me?

Does it look like I've ovulated?

I have very long cycles so it seems was getting concerned I wasn't ovulating at all but this month looks very promising!

Are all your temps under 36 pretty much? How are you temping if I may ask, as doesn't sound quite right. You'd expect a post ovulation temp to sit above 36.4C usually, I'm not sure I've ever seen them hover just above the 36C line!

Oh really?? I'm doing it the second I wake up using the easy at home thermometer! Says to place it under your tongue and wait for the beep. Last 2 days are over 36 (36.7 & 36.4)

@FirstimeTTC ha sounds like you're doing it right! Are you sure you don't sleep with your mouth open? With a mouthguard for instance?

If not maybe have your OH try the thermometer to see if it gives him a really low result also?

If it's not the thermometer and not a user error (eg you've not left the plastic cap on the end of it have you? I've seen that here before!) then could it be an underactive thyroid? Have a think if you're always tired, cold etc as a low body temp can be a sign of hypothyroidism and if so it needs to be treated before you can TTC.

Haha I may sleep with my mouth open, I don't know! But no mouth guard or anything like that.
I have definitely taken the cap off 🤣

I'm definitely not always cold, quite the opposite really! We always have the heating on really low in our bedroom though, could that have something to do with it?? We both get really warm during the night so tend to have it on really low. I wouldn't say I'm tired a lot either!

@FirstimeTTC are the temperatures in the graph correct? You say that the last two days it's been 36.7 and 36.4 but it doesn't look like that in the graph. Sorry if I'm misunderstanding, I never track my BBT so I might have it totally wrong but I'm just curious!

@Meg87 @Juno231 it's gone higher this morning & yes they are, maybe because the graph las landscape? This is the table version... I got one wrong though it was 36.06!

Don't worry about the temperatures themselves, the important thing is to see a sustained shift, which you clearly have. Sometimes the shift can be very subtle, 0.2-0.3 degrees. Good luck!! 🧚🏼‍♀️❤️

@eloiseislost I didn't think anything if it until now! I've had tests done also for 'fertility' due to a MC and family history! Thank you 😊 makes me feel better haha I'm happy with the chart and hopefully BBT will continue to rise 😃 xx

We weren't trying at the time, was May 2020 but since that happened we realised how much we actually wanted it.
Could imagine going through it again though so🤞🏻🤞🏻it doesn't. Xx

@FirstimeTTC I conceived on our 3rd TTC cycle in November but ended up in MC in December. We started TTC straight away so we're on the 2nd cycle now. I'm terrified of the same happening again but it's a risk we have to take I suppose!

Hey girls how are we all doing?
Just wondering... every month so far I've dried up 'down there' (sorry TMI) 😂 after ovulation, lots before.
but today I've woken up and there's a lot of creamy white CM, there was a bit yesterday too but nothing like this morning, I thought I'd wet the bed! 😂 Is this a good sign or just nothing?? Have you ever experienced?
