Any ideas how to boost them, only had a .15 increase since ovulation day!

Do you have a chart you can post? If they haven't risen enough it may well be that you haven't ovulated yet.

That sounds like you haven't ovulated to be honest. Post a chart?

TTCROYGBIV · 25/01/2021 10:16

I feel as though I’ve ovulated and on the day both FF and Ovusense have said. Had horrific pains this month.

I did stop taking B6 and B vit complex this cycle as well.

Ah I saw your chart on the Ovusense Facebook group. Ovusense is looking for a sustained rise of at least 0.3 degrees and it confirms ovulation with the rolling 5 day average green line, not individual temperatures which is why Ovusense and FF may not always match up. Everyone's charts are slightly different but if you got to the BFP photo album on the FB group, you'll be able to see charts similar to yours. From what I can see, it does look like you have ovulated as your post ovulation temps are higher than your pre ovulation temps.

@YouBoggleMyMind I do think it’s the B6, my last chart looked good, there was a definitive rise but Ovusense and FF had different days.

This cycle no definitive rise but both FF and Ovusense have confirmed same days. And my green line was super flat until ovulation.

I trawl through the albums and FF albums. The only thing I’ve changed is stopping the B6 and Vits. I’ve started taking them again as my post OV temps look shocking!

Hm yes based on your FF chart it just looks like you're having a slow rise. If you wanted to boost it you'd need to boost your progesterone. You'd need a high dose Vit B complex for that so it's funny that you stopped taking that this cycle!

TTCROYGBIV · 25/01/2021 19:13

@Juno231 I do have some progesterone suppositories. Do you reckon I should start them and stop at 14dpo if no BFP?

I hadn’t even thought that the B6 and B vits had that much of a difference, only to my ovulation day, but this is the only month where I’ve not taken them so I suspect they made more of a difference than I thought! I have started back on the high strength b vits and 100mg of B6

@TTCROYGBIV im afraid i don't know about the suppositories as they're prescription only I thought so I don't encounter them often!
