Thanks everyone! I had to sit on an almost hour long call before I could tell my husband about it, and I was trying to stay calm and then ended up bursting into tears. I can’t believe you all knew before anyone else 😂 I just so hope this all works out 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

@PumpkinEverything congrats thats amazing news.

My trusty sore left boob is back so I have def ovulated this month. Och well, at least I won't be so crazy during tww this month xx

PumpkinEverything · 01/02/2021 10:59

Thank you so so much everyone. I really appreciate it so much! I hope no one is too upset by my post ❤️

As for symptoms, I had increased creamy CM that I’ve never had before which is how I noticed it. That was around 4/5 DPO. I also had what I think was heartburn around 9/10 DPO which I’ve never had before. Also a bit of on and off cramping this whole time, but it felt weird? Like a weird heaviness/slightly pulling feeling compared to normal cramps. I’ve also felt nauseous a few times which it seems too early for but I noticed it! Also the skin got even worse on my face which you may have noticed me mentioning, it seemed to really get worse again during that and is starting to calm down a bit now!? All the spots have disappeared and I’m now just waiting for them to fade 🙈 my boobs haven’t been sore at all (I’ve checked them a few times 😂) but they’ve had the slightest tingling sort of feeling every now and again, or like a mild poking. But not sore! They feel slightly fuller. I don’t know, is this because they grew recently and shrunk down again that it won’t hurt this time around!?
I have to say, quite a different experience than last time. Last time I had really sore lower back pain for 2-3 days, and also my boobs were sore too. They were the only real symptoms to note. So really me trying to compare to last time didn’t make a difference as it’s not been the same!

Oh and if there’s any interest. I’ve been taking pregnacare pre conception since my surgical management (8th dec) as I also wanted to make sure I was getting everything I needed vitamin wise to recover. I’m vegetarian so was a bit worried about iron.
I’d stopped drinking coffee during pregnancy last time so I’ve continued mostly with that drinking decaf instead and the odd ‘normal’ coffee. I did one workout during the TWW and haven’t found the motivation to do more yet (have I missed my chance to start again now!?). Food wise I’ve been eating mostly as I normally would, apart from we’ve been doing hello fresh this month so I’ve been eating more fresh, less processed foods than I maybe would have before. I’ve also just been trying to stay as unstressed and relaxed as possible. I read last year on a TTC group on fb it was important to keep your feet warm, and then strangely saw it again recently on a woman I follow on Instagram who talks about hormones and women’s health and she said we should always keep our feet and ankles warm. Probably crazy, but I’ve also been wearing fluffy socks about the house more 😂😂

@PumpkinEverything that's really good to know! I too get the creamy cm when pregnant, that's how I knew last time and weird twingy cramps and odd poking in the boobs without them being sore! I also got the really bad back the last two times (both mc) it's like reading something I'd write! I'm a veggie too and have also been taking pregnacare conception, my doc has just put me on extra strong iron tablets as my bloods showed up I was very anaemic but that's nothing unusual for a veggie! I'm going to have a look into the hello fresh thing now too and get the hot water bottle out for my tootsies! Anything that may help 😂

PumpkinEverything · 01/02/2021 11:36

Glad it helps @Marvellouslymadmum 😁😁 hello fresh has actually been really delicious as well. I’ve been trying way more meals that I’d usually think I wouldn’t like as because it’s a one off meal it’s not a big deal if it’s not nice, but every one has been really really tasty! Sounds crazy about being warm, but we’ll try anything 😂

@elsimo absolutely love that you tell your ov off a sore 'left' boob 😆 fantastic but hey if it's right it's right! Hope it's your month!

I've switched from Holland and Barrett folic acid to the seven seas conception vits this week. People say they can prolong cycles but I'm already on day 19 of my luteal phase (19dpo) and no AF so starting now can't cause any harm right 🙈 anyone rate them?

@PumpkinEverything thanks for sharing! Symptoms are so different from different BFPs I find, the female body is bizarre!

PumpkinEverything · 01/02/2021 11:45

It’s crazy, it’s all a minefield @bez91 🙈 I actually started off on pregnacare last august and I felt they gave me a bit of brain fog and when I compared the vitamin list to Seven seas it just seems excessive, so I swapped part way through the month of September to seven seas. I got pregnant in October after what would have been a 45 day cycle. I always wondered if these things where what was causing my cycles to be long but I’ve no idea!
When I got pregnant I swapped to the normal pregnacare for pregnant women, and as I had bought so many of the pre conception ones (they were on offer) that’s why I started taking them again after my MMC.

Bellabubble · 01/02/2021 11:55

@bez91 I used seven seas with no problems :) didn’t change cycles or anything!

@PumpkinEverything congratulations. If it’s any help- my boibs don’t hurt this time round either - but with both the others they were really sore and sensitive! Hopefully this one is my sticky bean! Also - I have swapped over to wild nutrition vitamins - they are a bit pricey, but I feel really good on them. They even have some coQ10 in them which helps cell formation (I think my body needs all the help it can get in that department!)

PumpkinEverything · 01/02/2021 12:04

Thanks so much @Bellabubble I’ll take a look! I can see them on boots but not Amazon (my normal go to!) where did you get yours from?
How are you getting on? Remind me how far along you are now? Time is hard to keep up with these days 🙈

@PumpkinEverything what was hubby's reaction?! This is your first cycle since MC isn't it? You haven't had AF before your BFP? X

mrswilso · 01/02/2021 13:55

Aw amazing @PumpkinEverything !! 🌈✨
Sending lots of sticky babydust 😘 hope you're feeling okay ❤️

CLSM · 01/02/2021 13:58

Just checking in to new group 😊

PumpkinEverything · 01/02/2021 14:34

@PrettyPinkPansies hard to tell! I had what I’ve marked as AF 4 weeks ago today. But it was very very light and lasted longer than normal, I would have described it as heavy spotting 😂 I got a positive ovulation test two weeks after that, and the bleeding also started 4 weeks after my surgical management. I had irregular cycles before and it was a bit of a weird one but I just settled myself on calling it AF.
He’s so happy but also in shock 😂😂 I didn’t really want to tell him during work but I honestly don’t think I could have held it in until this evening. Don’t think he expected this whatsoever!

PrettyPinkPansies · 01/02/2021 14:39

@PumpkinEverything sounds like AF to me! I bet you're so excited. Such lovely news for you both xx

TheDaydreamBelievers · 01/02/2021 14:39

Huge congratulations @PumpkinEverything! Fingers crossed for a sticky bean.

@gizmo167 hoping your line gets stronger!

In terms of vits- I take folic, vitamin D, BComplex, and liquid iron (spatone) daily

gizmo167 · 01/02/2021 15:23

Anyone had any experience with evap lines? Am really starting to think maybe both of mine were just that!

Florence15 · 01/02/2021 16:36

@gizmo167. I think as long as your reading it within the stated time abs not after then it shouldn’t be an evap line. Think it’s 10 mins usually isn’t it?
I had a very faint line last May for about a week which just didn’t get any darker so I just assumed it was a chemical as my period was a week late. I’m hoping it gets darker for you though 🤞 just test again in two days abs hopefully it’s darker xx

gizmo167 · 01/02/2021 16:41

Thanks @Florence15, thats what I am worried about, been a year since the mc and this is the closest I have gotten to a BFP, been thinking it has to be something else, maybe I'm peri-menipausal!

Florence15 · 01/02/2021 16:46

@gizmo167 I know what you mean!! There is definitely something there it’s just a case of waiting to see if it sticks I guess? How old are you if you don’t mind? I’m 41 (42 in sep) and have been ttc for over a year. Had that blip in May and a mc at 11 weeks in Dec . I have brown spotting usually for about 5 days before AF every month which is a sign of peri menopausal. My progesterone has come back low last year so I’m thinking I may be too xx
