Its my first month temping, I'm 8 dpo today.

Would anyone mind charing their chart? I'm really interested to compare. Any stage of cycle, doesn't matter! I'll post mine below.

Thanks so much for sharing @ButterscotchBabe I'm sorry to hear about the short luteal phase, can anything be done?

This is my latest cycle. I got my bfp at 8dpo. I stopped temping eventually. The orange line is my rhr.

Do you think so? I thought it looked promising but then thought I was being over optimistic out of desperation maybe 😅

I’ve seen other ladies talk about Vitamin B6 to lengthen the luteal phase .. it might be worth some research?

It’s my first month charting, second cycle of Clomid .. looks like I’ve ovulated

@Toastedsesame Yes 36.95 is high! What was your temp today?

@HT1507 thanks, yes I'm gonna give vitamin B6 a go, just ordered a vitamin B complex pack with 100mg of B6, fingers crossed it works 🤞😊

@Toastedsesame I had a slight drop at 9dpo too! Fingers crossed for you! Hopefully it rises again tomorrow.

@mumof23188 hopefully! 🤞 Tbf it had snowed overnight here and woke up several times freezing, so could have been part of it.

@HT1507 how are you finding being on clomid? I have an appointment with a fertility consultant at beginning of March so I might end up on it soon.

@Toastedsesame 36.76 is still good, it's normal for the temp to fluctuate, it can't go up and up forever, unfortunately 😂

My rise in temp on my chart is what prompted me to test, totally wasn't expecting to be pregnant that cycle but yep...

@ButterscotchBabe I’m finding Clomid ok .. I take it in the AM and haven’t noticed side effects so far. Maybe the occasional hot flush earlier in my cycle, but it might not even have been due to the Clomid.

I clearly ovulated on the first cycle as fell pregnant .. unfortunately miscarried at 7 weeks though. It looks like I’ve ovulated on this cycle so really hoping we conceive again.

@ButterscotchBabe the other thing I’ve noticed is dryness .. whether that be due to the Clomid or hormone imbalance due to PCOS I’ve no idea! I’ve been using Preseed to help.

@HT1507 Sorry to hear of your miscarriage ☹️. Hopefully this cycle will be successful 🤞. Yes I think clomid does cause dryness, good that you've got preseed, I have it too!

@HT1507 so sorry to hear of your miscarriage. I hope you get what you hope for with the clomid. We used conceive plus this cycle (the lube stuff) which I think is similar to preseed.

My temp is back up today - 36.90.

Going to test in a minute, will report back.

It's a very faint little line on a frer! 🤞
