Do you monitor ovulation in anyway? The follicular phase can actually vary quite a lot for some women whereas the Luetal phase is usually the same length give or take a day. So based on the negative tests I’d say you ovulated late (or not at all - don’t worry about not ovulating all woman have anovulatory cycles once in a while) and therefore are having a delayed cycle. This can happen for many reasons change of diet, stress, change of medication anything really. If you have ovulated late you can still be pregnant but without knowing when you ovulated and how long your LP is usually it’s hard to know if you’ve actually missed your period this cycle.

Hope that helps.
