Question about cm and ovulation for you knowledgeable ladies!

Hi, I know increased cm happens around ovulation but is it a few days before or when you are actually ovulating? Thank you in advance!

Usually a few days before because it is oestrogen that causes the increase, so it is a hospitable environment for the sperm to hang around in for up to 5 days :) x
