Am I going crazy symptom spotting?

We’ve been ttc for a year and a half, I have PCOS and am on letrozole cycle 5 out of 9.
I’m currently 8 or 9dpo and here are my symptoms:
Ravenously hungry for past 3 days. (I’ll eat and then an hour later I’ll be hungry again which is very unlike me)
Weird, vivid dreams.
Waking in night feeling sick/hungry.
Pinching and cramping.
Runny nose when waking in morning.
Bloated and gassy
Headache yesterday.

I feel like I’m going crazy and imagining symptoms because I want it so bad, but I’ve never felt these before! All tests have been BFN - I know I’m testing too early even on FRER! Just looking for some hope! Anybody else in the same boat? Added my OvuSense chart, it’s my first cycle using it.

You probably are symptom spotting but we all do it! TWW is a nightmare!

This was what I put on my app at 9dpo before BFP at 11dpo.. symptoms sound very similar! 🤞🏼 X

EDIT: I’m 9 or 10 dpo not 8 or 9 🤦🏼‍♀️

symptom spotting imo is all in the mind because you want it to be true. So everything gets highlighted that you wouldn't usually notice if you were TTC. It can equally happen even if you're not Pregnant. I did it and i knew there was no chance I could be pregnant 🤣🤣 every twinge, sickness, being sick (think it was a bit of a bug), i think it all appears because you want it to. So you're not crazy its just because it all feels like pg symptoms xx

@Jdubbs90 joining you going crazy symptom spotting! Currently 1 day late for af, bfn on two tests, feel like im having so many symptoms (nausea, low down cramps/twinges, watery cm) but all bfn still!
Driving me crazy!

@Jdubbs90. I got my positive this morning. Apart for being constipated I haven’t had any symptoms. By now in my cycle I would have really bad cramps and sore boobs. But nothing-which is what made me think this could be my month.

Another bfn for me, feeling like giving up! Will keep my fingers crossed for you @Ginini

@Jdubbs90 sorry about bfn this morning, when are you due on? Some people don't get a BFP till the day or after af is due!

@Ginini thanks lovely, how’re you getting on? Have you tested yet?
I’m not due on until Tuesday as I usually have a 12 day luteal phase, I’m trying to not test again now!

@Jdubbs90 I'm now two days late and bfn (cd30, normally 28) but in the last year I have had a 32 and 39 day cycle randomly, so I'm gonna keep waiting and maybe take a a test tomorrow or Monday depending on how I feel, I normally get a day or two of spotting before hand and that hasn't come yet! Are you gonna test again before Tuesday or try and wait?

@Ginini could still be your month, not over until af shows! I’ll keep everything crossed for you. My cycles are very irregular apart from I always have a 12 day luteal, I think I might hold off on the testing now as it’s disheartening!

@Ginini I didn’t in the end, AF started on Friday after being 4 days late 🤷🏼‍♀️ Not sure why it was so late with BFNs but oh well there’s always next cycle! What about you?

Now 10 days late, Last tested 4 days ago so going to test again tomorrow, had lower back ache and brown discharge, not quite sure what's going on!

@Jdubbs90 I did and BFN, still no AF either! Got a GP phone call tomorrow morning to ask for some advice!
Hope AF has left now!
