Hello,

I've just ordered some pregnacare! We've just started our 5th month trying to conceive & feeling a little deflated, although I know it's still very very early days, it's just the TTC journey can be some what lonely!

I didn't know how people got on with this? Ive read jts messed up people's cycle by delaying etc and wondered if anyone can share how they got in with?

Thank you :)

We used the male and female ones and conceived first month (unfortunately ended in MMC), back trying again now and have been taking for a couple of months so it can build up, so we will see how it goes...

Never affected my cycle at all (just made my wee bright yellow!), I have read that some women are affected but it never did mine x

Made me feel very nauseous for a couple weeks, but I stuck with it. It helped regulate my cycles (I had PCOS) so would definitely recommend.

Oh that's amazing, thank you both! I'll start taking them as soon as they arrive tomorrow in the case 🙌🏼

I'm taking them this month for the first time and have had dull headaches and like @Amz6219 very yellow urine! Keeping with them though for the full month to see how it goes.

I've started taking them now, and definitely getting the yellow wee! Read jts because the Vit B and I'm glad I was prewarned else I'd of panicked haha!

Delayed ovulation for me a few times. Annoying as we were DTD in the run up and it took ages to O so we were exhausted. DH taking the 'his' ones still...he has been taking them for quite a while and we still haven't conceived - we are on cycle 6 now. Tbh I think if you have quite a healthy diet and regular cycles I don't feel they are necessary, although I do hear they help semen quality in men but it takes 3 months. Good luck!

I started taking them from CD 1 this cycle and I seem to have ovulated around CD 11 so definitely hasn't delayed for me! Although maybe it's too soon to tell if they will delay it really as I haven't been taking them for a full month yet? My headaches eased after a week on them.
