I am 14 dpo and for last 3/4 days I have had very light spotting which is light pink or brown in colour. Peeiod should have arrived yesterday but I have had 3 negative pregnancy tests, last done this morning which is day after period due. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Normally me period just comes and is really heavy one first 2 days, iv never had this spotting before.

I had spotting the week before I was due but it only lasted 1 day, I was pregnant.

Hmmm see this started on Sunday... period due Tuesday and I have had it on and off for 4 days now but its extremely light, only see light pink tinge when wiping. Really strange.

My implantation spotting always occurred 5/6days post ovulation. I've had 7 pregnancies. From what I understand there can be a huge variation in type of spotting and when it occurs (between 5-10 DPO I believe?) but if I had spotting like you describe I would take that as pre menstrual. Fingers crossed for you though OP!

Sorry I meant to add, the spotting for me was always light pink on wiping, once off only.

One pregnancy I just had one wipe of pink at 7dpo, the other I had pink and brown spotting when I’d have been due on at 13 and 14dpo (as calendar) x

Thanks for your replies. I have nothing this morning and now 15dpo. I will test again tomorrow and if negative then I will accept negative. Just really strange as normally my periods are the same each month and I have never had this spotting weirdness before.
